Anyone else used the Argent Ordnance mod yet? I've been using it and the mod interacts different from the description. The text states that after you do damage (to a challenging enemy) with a rocket you get the rocket damage buff, however I get the buff to rocket damage just from having Charged With Light, and it is consumed after dealing damage to any enemy type.
