Thought I would post my opinion on Strand, even though many have also done the same.
I played the campaign on legendary with my titan and unlocked Strand. While I do think it has potential, the same way stasis had in Beyond Light, I feel it really needs some changes.
First, the berserker super: It's fine. I mean honestly, it's not groundbreaking or super unique but it does it's job decently. The heavy attack suspension is nice, light attack should have better hit detection though.
Frenzied blade: in pvp your attacks don't register properly, especially the second and third one. The cooldown is way too long (I mean 1:45 base per charge?!) I thought this was meant to be high apm (actions per minute) subclass? The base cooldown should at the least be like 1:45 for all them combined. Make them do less damage or something.
Graple: same thing, the cooldown is too long to be useful. I guess this is because of pvp which I get, but still... just disappointed at the moment. Fun though, when you can use it. I would make you unable to combo melee enemies for faster cooldown, making it a pure mobility tool.
Havent really tried other grenades yet so no strong opinions on them.
Tangles: Why are these a thing? To me they feel total add-ons, like there had to be something to compensate for lower damage output, same as graple melee combo. I would just remove them and rework their respective fragments to work with other subclass verbs. This would simplify the combat loop and if given the high apm treatment, strand would in my opinion be in a good place.
Just giving my thoughts, I know there's a lot of talk about the expansion so propably not that many will even read this. For the moment I do enjoy experimenting with strand but I feel it can become better.
