Issues with Crosssave and Name
I hope I am in the right spot.
I have recently come back to Destiny 2, I used to play Destiny 2 on PS4, but am now picking back up on Steam. Every time I try and go through the Cross Save stuff it never authenticates the second account I try and log in to.
Also, I have tried changing my Name on Steam fro "Guardian" to my actual Screenname DawnKnight1993 but it won't save it. I don't know where else to go for help.

5 RepliesHi there. Try switching to Incognito/Private mode in your browser to authenticate. If that doesn't work, switch to the mobile app (or browser if you're already on mobile). If you are seeing an error message what does it say? Bungie Names can only be changed 1 time, from your profile Settings page. Changing your platform account name will have no effect. If you have not used your 1 name change, you may be entering an invalid character or part of the name violates the Code of Conduct. If the page shows you don't have a name change available, then you cannot change it again.
