One of the main gripe’s people had with the trailers was that it spoiled too much of the seasonal story among other things, so some of those disgruntled players took twitter to blast the devs/CMs. Personally I’ve grown tired of everything being a secret right up until launch as well but at same time when bungie does show their hand players either rejoice or get upset that it’s less content then the season prior. You also have leakers releasing stuff months prior to their actual release to add insult to injury. Though personally I never had much of a gripe with them leaking stuff, hence why I’m quite excited for what’s to come in season of the deep should those leaks prove to be true.
