HELP! Disconnect Errors and Cross save issues on PC

I am consistently recieving Weasel and Anteater error codes. I have tried everything that i could find on bungie as well as redit and different fourms (ie: Hard wired, leaving the clan, resetting the router, reseting my internet setting on my pc, deleting download cashe, UPnP is enabled, changing dns server, verify game files, deleted the whole game and reinstalled, amoung all of the others on the fourm). i contacted my ISP and they dont see anything wrong on their end. Following trouble shooting steps for error codes Anteater and Weasel on bungie, one of the possible solutions was to unlink cross save. well doing that made my characters disappear i know they are still connected to my PSN account (because i can see them on bungie.net) but I dont own a Playstation anymore and now i cant even play becuase i cant access my characters! PLEASE HELP!! SIDE NOTE** when useing a VPN I do not get disconnected and the game opperates as it should.
