I know this is a long shot, but this is a very important issue for me, and I'm hoping someone at Bungie might be able to offer some assistance with it.
For several years, I was exploring my gender identity, and during that time, I changed my Bungie account name from Lukar to a more feminine nickname (Shona) that matched my gender expression at the time. However, I have since looped back around to where I was before that in regards to my identity, being more comfortable and accepting of it. As a result, my current username is one that I no longer associate with, and seeing it causes me to feel anxious and distressed. Furthermore, when I'm playing with friends (or especially with random people through LFG groups), they sometimes accidentally refer to me by this deadname when we're in the middle of difficult content that requires quick communication, which makes things awkward for everyone involved.
Is there any way at all to have my Bungie account name reverted to what it was prior to the name change (Lukar)? I just don't want to see my current username anymore, and I would greatly appreciate any assistance at all that might be possible.
Please help me. Seeing my deadname every time I play Destiny is incredibly demoralizing and disheartening.

As you've used your token you wont be able to pick it and they wont revert it back to Lukar, but they have been fairly good at force-changing it to Guardian#### instead. Unfortunately you'll need to wait until someone from support sees it as there isn't any ticket options for it to see if they'll filter it for you.
