Alright so let’s talk about the issues we have with the necrochasm that was brought back to destiny 2 is that it's a weapon of sorrow, but it doesn't fire green bullets like other guns in this category though this is a minor issue because it’s aesthetic/ cosmetic. Necrochasm already has a super quick reload and outlaw is so useless when the base gun reload is more than good enough. And secondly the range is horrible so it needs to be increased and recoil direction needs to be improved. Also replace outlaw on the catalyst with a better and more useful perk like sword logic or vorpal,Rampage, hatchling etc (just to name some examples). And add +11 range so the changed based stats would be 18 impact and 50 range. And some thrall explosion improvements and make the cursed thrall explosion deal a little more damage and not require precision kills and have it trigger on any kill (bodyshots) like how it was in destiny 1 year 3 Rise Of Iron) We also have way better ad clear options for primaries like osteo, riskrunner, sunshot, trinity ghoul, ace, outbreak perfected, quicksilver worm, and graviton lance just to name a few examples of more viable options compared to how bad the destiny 1 y1 ( year 1) version of necrochasm we currently have in destiny 2 is. We should’ve gotten the destiny 1 year 3 version with a better catalyst from the beginning bungie not the most useless D1 Year 1 version…

1. It does actually fire green bullets but they're super dark and faded instead of light green like other ones so it's harder to notice. 2. I agree with outlaw but I think outlaw could stay just add more since outlaw is helpful in pvp 3. I think a better idea for an actual catalyst would be to make it deal arc damage like it did in D1 4. The reason bungie made it precision was because of how much damage and how it works in D1 the explosions only dealt about half of an enemies hp in pve even red bars with only about 2 meters of range making it pretty meh compared to other explosion type perks which dealt way more. In D2 the explosions (Post change) deal about 30K damage +5K poison enough to kill any red bar and they chain react making a single precision kill capable of wiping a room. Most other explosions deal about 15K. Does it need a buff? Yes but there's a reason why they made it precision instead of body.
