Once the bundle is opened, there is no way to refund purchases made with Silver.

The refund window is 7 days or until the bundle is opened.

I was talking about if someone opened the bundle by mistake or doesn't like the ornaments, then there is no refund option available. So I think I am forever stuck with the Virtuous Ornament sets, and is there any other way to contact Bungie?

It takes an elongated button press to open the bundles for verification of intent. Unfortunately, once opened, there is no refund option. Those items are now unlocked on your account and cannot refunded. This is Bungie's policy for in game purchases so there are no methods of contact to discuss the matter beyond the bungie.net help forums.
