Apparently the quest has the wrong description, it works for raids and dungeons, not PvP.

That's exactly what I plan on doing; did the same thing for the Recluse and Succession quests.

I also noticed this, had a 2.0 KD in my last match, almost every kill i had was with hawkmoon, 0% progress, i DID get some progress in the pve path previously
