Why can’t I pick the Cabal. They are the most traditionally advanced race out of all of them, not having the paracausal powers of the Hive or Awoken, yet able to contend in full war with them (to a degree. They can’t fight a God, let alone a war god, but they did siege the Dreadnaught with quite a bit of efficacy, though they ultimately lost) They created a weapon capable of destroying a solar system by causing a Star that would otherwise not be able to Supernovae, go supernova.

I mean the Hive build a massive vessel the size of Earth’s moon that is capable of wiping out the entire Awoken fleet. Also the Dreadnaught can defy the laws of physics and somehow not destroy Saturns rings even though that would absolutely happen if you placed an object that massive in the rings of Saturn. The use of magic and the ability to create throne worlds isn’t entirely unique to the Hive, but consider this: when you understand something you call it science, when don’t understand something you call it magic. We consider the Hive to use an advanced form of magic, suggesting there’s a lot humanity doesn’t understand about them.

Hive, hands down. Technology and knowledge, of both mundane and exotic, is greater than any of the others.
-
Fallen, they literally make sentient machines from scrap.
-
Exo one would think

I have zero faith in Humanity and future degeneracy and would not expect Humans or Human Evolution to survive long enough to ever reach a Golden Age of space exploration, so I would say the Eliksni are probably more intelligent. The only Hive with some level of brain power above sub-brick would be the original Big Three, the rest are all Rawr, sword-logic, squish with sword

Not really sure why the awoken are winning. They used a ketch made by the fallen, live in cities built using wishes and their guns are all humanity made guns with a purple paint job.

Depends on your definition of intelligence I think. That being said- the awoken have EXTREMELY long lifespans, so they, on average, likely have accumulated more knowledge and life experience then other races with shorter lifespans. If we're counting knowledge and experience as part of intelligence, then I'd probably go with awoken. If not, then it's probably a toss up
-
Well, not the Cabal
-
It would depend on what your criteria for "intelligence" is. Also, why aren't the Cabal on the list?

Vex doh

I’m not sure the average Awoken would score any higher in an IQ test than a human but I would say that the Awoken are obviously “enlightened”. Their understanding of the universe and the powers within it is far greater.
