I purchase The Witch Queen Deluxe Edition promo bundle on February 8th 2023 which came with all the DLC up to that point and the current seasonal battlepass and activities. As of April 2024 I have lost access to my Shadowkeep and Forsaken DLC's. I have Playstation trophies, in game items, and in game feats of strength that can come only from having these DLC's. My parents also purchased this same DLC bundle at the same time and they both still have all of their content available to them. I have contacted both Sony Customer support and their live chat about this issues. I cleared my cache, rebuilt my database, and restored my license but I have had no success on fixing my current issue. I was that told by Sony live support to seek publisher assistance in the matter. I have also never used an external storage device at any point so that would not be a factor either. Please help what do I do?
