Hi. I'm gonna gather every information about this problem in one post. This error has been preventing me and basically all other Iranians to be able to play the game since that update. There are a few reasons to ensure us that the problem is not with our ISPs. 1. We all use different ISPs and yet we are all experiencing this problem at the same exact time 2. If there was a problem with the ISP or our government preventing the players from logging in they would have been open to us as they were with the other games they blocked; But a lot of us have contacted different ISPs and asked them to check but they said it's nothing on their end. 3. The problem happened right after the guardian games update. If our ISPs wanted to block anything they could do it anytime not right after an update. I don't know what is causing this maybe it's related to authentication or some mistake but please give us a good response and thorough support. A lot of us have dropped the game for this but want to come back for the last expansion. Thank you <3
