Anyone know why my son can't turn on voice chat? He and I use to play all the time, we took a break for a while and now with Into the Light were coming back to play and we can't communicate in dungeons. Anyone know what's going on? I went to the game settings and enabled voice chat, but it immediately switches back off. I have reset all the parental controls even took him completely out of the family system on XBOX and still that setting to enable voice won't turn on. Any help here would be good.
