Not sure if this belongs here, but there was nothing for this in the contact forms. I recently purchased Lightfall with the annual pass, and the current season pass is not unlocked.

Because you chose to make your Xbox characters active via Cross Save, the Steam account's data is currently dormant and inaccessible, along with the annual pass content.
