What kind of shitpost is this? You know damn well why this place is dead. When was the last time there was good natured forum shenanigans instigated by Bungie employees? Where can we go to even talk to them? Do you see a community forum where we can discuss the health of the community and how to improve it and make changes for the better? It's all gone. This isn't the community friendly place we grew up with, it's a corporate hellhole. There's no reason to post here anymore. It's actually surprising they keep this at all, it feels like a legacy product waiting for its day to get the axe. We're seeing groups get shutdown, one of the only places to congregate outside the forums while still being part of Bungie. Because no one uses them. Because Bungie didn't invest anything into them and made them irrelevant, much like these forums that haven't changed in how many years? When things become irrelevant they go away. Look at my name, when was the last time you stepped foot in a Kmart? If you live in Aussieland or Guam that question doesn't apply. It'll be a sad day when they axe the forums but I'm sure that day is coming. The groups are the first step in making it all go away. 20 years in and this place is unrecognizable.
