Comp protection from lame a** dropouts
When can we finally get protection in comp. Nothing spoils the fun and competition more than losing 120 comp points when your teammates drop out, especially when you only gain 118 points for a win.
I know there's a points algorithm based on who you're going against and how well you do...maybe you can use the same engineers who wrote that to like...do some programming or something.

I dont know why Bungie doeisn't implement a timer, same as other shooters. Someone leaves, a 1 minute timer starts. If the match isnt settled within that minute, match goes to the full team and no penalty for those remaining on the shorted team. Queue back up and try again. Simple fix. Bungie took the Comp out of Comp when it tried to incentivise with loot to bring in players.......but they don't care about advancing. Timer method would account for them being encouraged into the playlist. I've not seen a reasonable explanation / argument against it. I'm all ears if there's a better fix under the current circumstances.
