The Rigorously Quantified slow drip of content you guys do to hold people by the goods sucks but I understand it. STOP DOING IT WITH QUALITY OF LIFE MECHANICS.

I know. for a fact, that builds where something that y'all knew could ALWAYS be used whenever you wanted to turn the veterans away from being offput by something, it was your flop Lightfall, and you got back in their good graces with content veterans always wanted. its scumbag -blam!-, and it makes it really hard to recommend you game to other ADULT friends of mine who can CLEARLY see you weaponize basic, quality of life updates. I am so -blam!- tired of it. you introduced collections to try and alleviate vault space, but than CLEARLY left out the: "hold _ button to save this roll of this weapon/armor to your collectons, it may be removed at anytime for a cost" allowing us to actually USE collections, but no. wait. hold off and wait, wait till you do something stupid again than just use it as a way to get these poor saps back on your side. it's so transparent, i am not going to praise you for this -blam!- you guys think is creative thats been floating around in gamers and devolpers heads for decades. "guys, destiny 2 is really doing it big this time get this, you can use any ability on any subclass" is it 2004? are we playing kotor 2? just. keep. making. the. game. good. stop. trickling. out. quality. of. life.

Your not worth a response - old

When you have no real content, QoL becomes the content. That should pretty much tell you what TFS is going to be like. Seems to me the most pushed parts about TFS arent the content nor its quality; but instead its the QoL updates people have been begging for years at this point to be implemented and "getting veterans to return". Of ALL of my friends that have ever played destiny only 2 have stuck around and one is only just now getting to play destiny 1. Most i used to play with have forgoten the game exists entirely, or theyve kept up with it and now feel like theyre being slapped in the face, myself included especially with stuff like "sun-rising" stuff 99% of us have deleted because they TOLD US they would NEVER return, its a joke and an insult really. This isnt "backed into a corner" bungie, this is "we have ZERO other running IPs with nothing slated to make real money until at least 2025" bungie, theyre terrified.

  • Be careful. The Ninja's are back on their banning from the forums crap. All because your opinion doesn't align with their own personal one. Heads up guardian! 😀

Drip feeding content has always been a thing with Bungie. Even back in D1 it was bad. Although, I must agree with the quality of life changes needing to actually be quality of life changes, instead of it being drip fed and it being called content. It gets tiring trying to get off my skimmer and while absolutely obliterating my space bar, it just refuses to let me off, while I'm moving at a snails pace, whereas a sparrow would let me off even while I'm full sending it off a cliff side.

    • I agree with the sentiment of drip feeding QoL and have said so in the past, but this is NOT the way to communicate it.

    • People will make immature posts like this and then go “but why does Bungie not take us seriously”. Like the common sense on here is just nonexistent.

    • I'm glad that we are getting 100 more vault space in the final shape but I can't help but take that to mean that they are able to give us much more but they are just choosing to only give us 100 more and only 100 at a time so they can "be the hero multiple times" if that makes sense. For the collections idea you have, they should make it so that you can store 1 roll in collections that you earned. Say you get a godrolled weapon, you can then hold down a button or whatever and 'upload to collections' to save that exact roll (and kill tracker on it). If you find a better roll, you can override the previous roll. Maybe even allow multiple saved roll slots per weapon similar. Oh and allow us to see all perks that roll on a gun in collections and to even select the perks to preview the stats and give advanced stats to be able to see the numbers. Basically D2 Foundry but built into the collections. Or a separate page with every perk in the game so you can browse. This would be a lot for poor Bungo to implement but should be standard at this point after 10 years.
