Cant unlink old account PLEASE HELP BUNGIE !!!!!
I need to unlink my old x box account and i do not have the log in info to gain access to old account so i can add my new system account
i am currently on ps5 and like to play both however this feature wont let me disconnect the old one
any help would be great

1 ReplyBungie cannot unlink account for you. You will need to contact Microsoft to regain access to the acct. Do not mention cross-save. Just ask for assistance accessing your acct.
