Cant unlink old account PLEASE HELP BUNGIE !!!!!

I need to unlink my old x box account and i do not have the log in info to gain access to old account so i can add my new system account i am currently on ps5 and like to play both however this feature wont let me disconnect the old one any help would be great

Bungie cannot unlink account for you. You will need to contact Microsoft to regain access to the acct. Do not mention cross-save. Just ask for assistance accessing your acct.
