Usually when we have artifact perks they make at least one subclass a little broken, for this season its solar. We have stasis artifact perks too but even with these perks stasis could STILL use a little more love. I know posts like these have been made before but if we don't hammer it in these changes WON'T be made. Pillar of Ice and Howl of the Storm should be intrinsic perks of stasis, maybe even fragments. Pillar of ice could be baked into Whisper of Bonds, and Howl of the Storm could be put on Whisper of Fissures. Both of these perks are perfect additions and I'd really really hate to see them leave in Final Shape.
