Pantheon Platinum not giving credit
We completed Pantheon again this week. We completed every encounter within the time limit for the platinum clear. On this week's Pantheon it shows in our triumphs we completed every encounter on platinum, but it didn't give us credit for Atraks platinum clear. We went back and cleared Atraks platinum again and again it didn't give us credit for the platinum clear. It did the same last week with the Atraks Pantheon by not giving us credit for the platinum clear. Even in raid report it doesn't even show a clear for this week's Pantheon. How can we get the seal if we can't get triumphs even after multiple runs? Is this a known issue and is a patch coming?

2 RepliesEdited by EckyThump: 5/13/2024 5:40:09 PMHey there. Bungie have investigated and saw that people are completing that part of the triumph, and there is no known issue. It was noted that the platinum score is just a large score bonus, it does not guarantee the check mark on the triumph, and that the threshold is a little tight. If you are avoiding the Tormentors, you need to destroy them. Also you may want to consider Finishing them rather than just killing them for a score bonus (they are the finishable kind on this encounter).
