Add free form text field
Amongst other things, helps to specify/identify which CPs starting from.

Part of the reason for the lack of the field is because of people using it to be abusive/toxic/solicitate/attempting to name and shame players The lack of input removes all of that from the post listings and just means they're left with refining the missing tags/titles/fixing the bugs and then figure out a fix for the solicitation via DM now
