Name changed without me knowing about it.

Recently I opened Destiny and found that my name had been changed due to a 'crossplay' issue. Now I am aguardian1793, and the reasons why it had been changed were either because it was my first time logging in or because I had changed my name previously. I can't change my name again since I've already done it before, and as we all know, it can only be changed once. I need a solution to this problem, please.

Hey there, when a Bungie Name reset occurs due to a code of conduct violation, you get an in-game message about cross-save; this message is misleading, what has happened here was a Bungie enforcement action. What was your name before? Were you aware we received a second name change recently, as of Into the Light?

    • If you previously had changed your name and got the Bungie name pop up as you were signing in followed by your name being Guardian#### then it was moderated and filtered by Bungie. You can't appeal this type of restriction. What was your name previously? looking at your profile your Steam name is starred out so if your in-game name was the same as your Steam then it broke CoC/Name Policy
