When using Ballidorse Wrathweavers, the healing effect of my healing rift does not affect me. I'm unsure why this happens. When I remove them, my healing rift works just fine. Removing Frostpulse without removing the Ballidorse Wrathweavers also provides the healing effect from the rift, so it seems to be something to do with the interaction between Ballidorse Wrathweavers and Frostpulse specifically that is disabling the healing effect of my rift for myself.
