I've noticed a few players have came across this issue. I've also been disconnected as well during a match which triggered this to happen, but have completed all games and won 7 rounds. My passage is also flawed, so I'm wondering what I can possibly do since I have put a lot of effort into doing trials and the adept weapon hasn't dropped for me which was supposed to be The Messenger (Adept). Proof is attached and the trial games appear on my Bungie profile too. Just hoping this get's sorted out.
