Master of Arms Rework Suggestions

This perk has returned much weaker than the previous version, and understandably so: a 50% precision damage (previous all damage) bonus that only has the prerequisite of "land a kill with any weapon" is a bit much. However, in its current form, it is quite a weak option for the fourth column. I assume the perk will eventually be carried over to other weapons and potentially other weapon types, in which case it will need a more interesting and rewarding effect to entice players to use it. Rework Concepts [b]Concept 1: Harmony Plus Landing a final blow with any weapon provides a damage bonus to this weapon. While this effect is active, land an additional kill with a different weapon to gain further increased weapon damage. Max of 3 stacks.[/b] [i]Values-- • Initial kill: +15% bonus for 7s • Second kill: +33% for 9s • Third kill: +50% for 11s[/i] [b]Concept 2: Killing Tally-esque Kills with any weapon build a stacking damage bonus for this weapon. The duration and potency of this bonus ramps up based on the number of stacks held. Kills with other weapons build stacks more quickly. Max of 5 stacks.[/b] [i]Values--  • Initial kill grants +15% damage for 7s at x1 Master of Arms • Landing addition kills while the perk is active resets the timer •Kill requirements: +1 additional kills required for each subsequent stack. Ex: 1 kill with any weapon to gain the first stack, 2 more kills with the weapon the perk is present on to reach x2, and so on •Requirements halved for landing kills with other weapons. • +15% damage and +1.5s perk base timer for each stack. Max of (roughly) +100% damage for 13s[/i] I'm really not sure how either of these would play out if they were to ever make it in-game, as a massive damage bonus on a primary seems a little inconsequential in the current sandbox, and the activation requirements may seem a bit tedious. Maybe something simple like bumping the damage bonus up to 25% and giving a stat bonus would be easier
