Question about damage buff stacking
When using the Mantle of Battle Harmony, I noticed that the Elemental Weapon Surge UI icon dissapears when I trigger the Absorption Cells perk. The exotic perk shows up 4x instead, replacing the Surge 2x.
So my question is: does Absorption Cells and Elemental Surge mods stack? Or does one overrides the other and nullify its effect?

I'm pretty sure it's the same thing as with any damage buff. It just takes the higher one and applies that one. If you're trying to stack on damage buffs I'd say go with one buff and then use something to weaken what your fighting to get the added damage from that sense it wouldn't be stacking 2 buffs but rather 1 buff and a debuff
