Making Fireteam Finder More Rewarding

A small suggestion to Bungie to improve the Fireteam Finder for new players or those who are reluctant to team up with others: [i]Make it worth their time by rewarding both the players that carry others through activities and the player that needs the clear.[/i] This could be a simple bounty system, for example a newer player that wants to complete an activity but realizes it is too much for them, could claim a quest directly from the Fireteam Finder page of the activity. It could range from either increased Legendary gear drops, Exotic drop rate bonuses, or Bright Dust to the entire Fireteam! Think of it like one half(third/sixth?) of a player's ticket that once complete, gives out this swarm of rewards, much like we received from the end of the Coil activity. Should you want to prevent farming those higher rewards, it could be made to only be available to players that do not have any clears of that specific activity. That would be less rewarding for players who only want to Sherpa, so in addition to those rewards upon 10 carries, 100 carries, to 1,000 carries each tier could give a very desirable shader and emblem. Additionally, to combat the recent increase in early kicks from Fireteams before rewards are dropped, the bounty could void itself if you actively kick a team member, and need to return to orbit to reset.
