I am working on the 10th anniversary "legend" title and ironically the part that I can't progress is the Disappointment part It is to decrypt 10 engrams. I have done all sorts, even in Vintage gear, and it will not move from 8 out of 10 done. I even tried on other guardians and did a reset, and still nothing.
