Who's idea was it to not have matchmaking for expert lost sectors? Seriously?

There's this amazing feature built right into the game called LFG. It's no different than random matchmaking. -blam!- teammates without communication. Who could ask for more?

How is it that Bungie has enough faith for players to solo Flawless Vesper's Host but not enough faith for three random players to get through an Expert Haunted Sector without communication in the same Season?

And to not even allow it to be used with the fireteam finder in game.

I'll second that sentiment. I get there is a fireteam finder, but randomised matchmaking makes sense for people looking to run the same event but don't really mind who they run it with. I also question the lack of matchmaking on quest missions that clearly not for solos and/or have matchmaking elsewhere that does not count towards the quest step. But really that's a while other conversation.

Well we already have regards AFKing in the regular one, so frankly I'm not remotely upset they didn't make us deal with that in the expert version.

Bungie is too lazy to put a solo option in. Instead they delete matchmaking so you can solo it. Simple as that.

They also write that Braytech Werewolf has been updated but its not there at least for now.. unless maybe a random drop. With the RNG issue now too.. I mean its just purposeful rotten behavior. edit > on the positive side that solo expert haunted lost sector is doable and seems to drop a lot

The section where it should appear in fireteam finder episodic/events isn't active so another piece of quality testing there by bungo. They either didn't bother adding it or messed it up.
