As we all know Gwyn had three children Gwynever, Gwyndolyn, and through lore we find out Solaire of Astora is the 3rd Child of Lord Gwyn. Common knowledge goes there is a way to save Solaire of Astora in Darksouls, Giving the Fair Lady 30 humanity and opening up the short cut, thus saving Solaire from becoming absorbed by the Sunlight Maggot. Later on you can summon Solaire of Astora in the final boss fight ... What becomes of Solaire after defeating Lord Gwyn...We believe that since Solaire Indeed has the blood of a God and he did not light the bonfire. He continued his journey searching ever farther in order to reach his goal. Evidence shows that somewhere and somehow his presence was in Darksouls3, so it’s very possible that if it isn't the same solaire from darksoul 1 then he continues to be re-born as the cycles continued … Solaire our savior the only one who kept us strong when no hope was imaginable, his faith manifested into The Traveler that we have come to know today.
