There once was a legendary Vandal who roamed the lands of the Forgotten Shore. This was a powerful Vandal, who preyed on the blood of new, unsuspecting guardians who wandered into his otherwise unassuming ritual grounds. This Vandal was known throughout the realm as Randall, and his story is still told amongst the guardians who were unfortunate enough to have an encounter with this bloodthirsty abomination of a Fallen.
