4-6 shots in the magazine 10-14 in total... ?
It's not a super high damage, a bit more than a rocket launcher. Besides explosive rounds and firefly are meh.
It's a middle ground long barreled weapon (terrible hip fire, like a sniper) with a RoF only slightly more than a rocket launcher.
Dunno what you're seeing that's so OP.
It would have less damage per total ammo than an HMG (most of them anyways)
It would basically just be a boss fight weapon.
