Is it really that bad?
If it wasn't for the planner and the guy to take charge to create order then you're screwed. I always join random raid groups like yesterday on my 30 hunter for normal crota. And they were scrambled as -blam!-. I don't like being that guy who shouts orders and tells people how to play especially as the lowest lvl in the team.
Teaching a 32 hunter how to do blink strike and get 3 then 4 hits on Crota, it just feels weird being that guy who leads while everyone just wants you to stfu. No one shooting rockets unless you count down and tell him specifically what there job is. When to shoot swordbearer. Not having 4 guys on boomer duty.
I like leading to victory but feel like an asshole.
Is it just me?

It's a team effort, it takes leading and it takes listening. It's when the leader acts like a -blam!-ing Diva or the best thing since sliced bread that it becomes a problem. When it's more than one, it's even worse...not sure if I would like a team without leaders or a team with 5 of them in it...
