Yeah, he's just trolling. There was another one about Mars and Mercury and I think something about the moon as well. Europa is a moon of Jupiter and Titan is a moon of Saturn. Obviously he's calling Saturn's rings an "asteroid belt" (the real asteroid belt is between Mars and Jupiter - there's a huge gap between the inner and outer planets).
