Well since your hashtags don't lead me to believe you're trying to be funny, even though the amount of stupidity makes me suspect your goal was humor, I have a few facts to send your way:
First of all please edit your post because I'm sure you didn't mean to repeatedly, idiotically refer to Europa and Titan as 'planets' in the title and post. They are moons, or celestial bodies, or natural satellites, or locations... but definitely NOT planets.
Second of all they are gas giants. Any 'surface' that you could actually walk... or drive a sparrow on, is entirely hypothetical. The atmospheric pressure would crush to oblivion anything near any such surface that managed to survive the equally daunting gravitational pressure. The moons around these planets, however, are much more likely locations for the terra-forming and/or human settlement seen elsewhere in the Destiny universe.
Third of all the moons you mention are actually quite scientifically interesting. I'd go into specifics but the bottom line is they're key destinations on our quest to learn more about life beyond Earth and the formation of planets and galaxies.
What do I think? I think you're trolling. :-P

Thank you Neil deGrass Tyson!

To counter your point on an intellectual level, yes...Jupiter and Saturn are gas giants with scientifically impossible surfaces to traverse. But...the surface of Venus and Mercury are also impossible to traverse scientifically, but through the Traveler humanity colonized both. What makes doing so on Jupiter and Saturn so impossible? This IS the same universe that the Vex pretty much terraformed the entire planet of Mercury into a machine. Is it so unbelievable that golden age humanity couldn't have done the same to the actual surfaces of the gas giants?

Edited by Wanderer: 2/10/2015 7:57:15 PMMaybe they could have, but why would they? Any technology used to terra-form planets would be very impressive, but it would be technically easier to build a new planet from scratch in the middle of space than to transform an existing gas giant into a solid planet. It makes especially little sense when you realize there are multiple large solid moons orbiting said gas giants. There certainly doesn't seem to be any lack of real-estate in the solar system. This is science fiction, granted, and the Destiny universe is full of gods and magic, but... to borrow from Basic Instinct, the more they stray into the realms of 'extremely unlikely' and 'nigh impossible', the harder it is to 'suspend disbelief' and get drawn into the narrative. I know you're just playing the devil's advocate here. Don't even get me started on the Vex and the problems with time-travel in any narrative...

I thought they terraformed Venus

They're in the process of terraforming Venus & Mars. They've completely terraformed Mercury.

Gotcha ya

To counter your point on an aesthetic level, what would you rather see in the skybox when you play a "Jupiter" level, Europa hanging in the sky, all one-color and drab, or a giant freaking Jupiter with the angry red spot swirling? Also, I'll bet Europa already has some awesome ice structures and terrain that would be fun to run around on.

It would be cool playing on Jupiter and periodically have a giant storm engulf the planet and go away!

No doubt Europa probably will be a beautiful looking locale. I'm just saying that it's not out of reason that the colonists of the golden age couldn't have terraformed the surfaces of the gas giants. While I agree with your sentiment, I also like to think of what Bungie's interpretation of what Jupiter or Saturn's surfaces would look like. Yes, there's no scientific data to go on, but maybe that would afford them a little creative leeway.

I don't even know what trolling is

I think its when you hide under a bridge and prevent people from crossing until they solve a riddle
