Not saying or doing something about a bit is my biggest issue with characters in zombie things. Off them and be done with it. It sucks, but you get bit and you're pretty much dead any ways. And a future problem for the rest of the group potentially. You've got enough problems at that point, no need to add biting betty to the mix.
