My last batch of Heavy Ammo Synthesis from Xur ran dry recently, and I refused to pay the ridiculous price the Gunsmith is charging (purely on principal, I'm rolling in Glimmer) Because of this, I was forced to find and use natural Heavy Ammo. While this seemed like a hardship at first, now I know better. Natural Heavy Ammo is definitely the way to go, I'm so over the synthetic stuff, it just doesn't compare. There is nothing better than picking up a fresh, organic Heavy Ammo pack, brushing off the husk flakes, and loading that stuff into your favorite Rocket Launcher. Delicious. And I swear it brings Crota to his knees an average of 2% faster than that synthetic crap! I know that doesn't sound like a whole lot, but every second counts in hard mode, right? I don't even care if Xur sells those crappy Heavy Ammo Synthesis on Friday, and you shouldn't either, that synthetic stuff is junk. Try out the natural stuff and you'll feel the difference immediately, you'll never want to go back!
