That's my favorite legendary launcher. That quote, coupled with its INSANE reload speed makes for a potent launcher.

Yeah! Mine had tripod (three rockets in the tube) and clown cartridge (reload has potential for larger magazine) so I could have up to four rockets in one reload!:D
