Well theoraticaly ever thing exists if they're parellel worlds. Every time you make a choice the opposite happens creating another parellel world. You average about 35,000 choices a day. This means if your brain decided to fabricate me as merely a dream then in a parallel world your brain made a physical copy of me you could interact with.
