Undiscovered Vault of Glass chest confirmed by Bungie
I wonder where it could be... I have my suspicions though. ;)

One of my friends showed me this area to the left in the jumping puzzle area and said you could get it by not having anyone die during the gorgons. Don't know if it's true or not.
