The Sanguine Mire
"And so the scintillating silver sickle pulls from me fluid sanguine"
- Death
Scout Rifle, exotic
Extremely high impact, 20 rounds, low stability, moderate range, moderate reload, LOW RoF
Meant to simulate losing blood. Other perks trade impact for stability and reload
Gun would drip blood from all over. Silver with a skull on it
Perk 1:
Sanguine (kills have 70% chance to begin regen)
Perk special:
Demise (Damage causes Darkness to grow on PvP screen, Accuracy of PvE enemies severely reduced)

That's a great idea for an exotic.

Other perks would increase RoF in large exchange for lots of stability/range Auto Rifle would look tiny and would have a sandstorm effect around like (Bad Juju like) Perk 1: The Cloud Rounds that hit do a very small bit of area damage and random rounds (no ammo reduc) begin to be fired Perk 2: The Roar The longer the weapon is fired, the faster it becomes and the more random rounds are fired

Gun would look like a nuke case with green starburst on firing with neon green tracer Perk 1: Anola Gay When fired in the air, this weapon gains bonus damage Perk 2: Fallout Enemies effected gain a Radiation Sickness debuff that lowers reload speed, accuracy and movement speed in PvP. High DoT in PvE

Why would this perk be useful in pvp? 'Tis a rocket launcher after all
Why would this perk be useful in pvp? 'Tis a rocket launcher after all
Maybe the radius can be a lot larger than the damage radius

I love the idea of a debuffing weapon.
I love the idea of a debuffing weapon.
I've never seen anything in this game debuff except flashbangs and radiation sickness is a destructive condition
