Name - The Alternate Singularity
Type- Warlock boots, because there currently is none.
Artwork- Black, thigh high boots etched with purple, circuit board like, constellation maps. The etchings would pulse and appear like futuristic runes. Animation would make the character motion blur while running.
Text- "I allowed the singularity to consume me, I am nothing now."
Attributes- Discipline and Intellect.
Tier 1- Increased secondary ammo capacity
Tier 2- Upgrade Armour
Tier 3- The Alternate Singularity- Blink movement creates a mimicking character illusion, in a random alternate placement for 3 secs. Blink can be shortly delayed by holding the jump button down.
Tier 4- Armour Upgrade X 3

Thanks, I like seeing what people come up with. Things like your exotic for example. I love the idea. It's very balanced but it still sounds very useful.
