Alright so I just got my 4th badger ccl from a random blue engram and was about to dismantle it when I realized it had precision kills dramatically increase reload speed, precision kills cause target to explode, and volatile rounds. Pretty much just got a better 331 fatebringer so I feel like that's gotta be pretty lucky. Anyone else out there gotten a legendary with ridiculous perk rolls?
