Are ruin wings broken?
I keep hearing rumors that ruin wings are broken and drop the same heavy ammo as normal or less ammo then normal. Is there any solid proof that confirms or denies this?

They're only halfway broken. They give you way more heavy ammo per pickup. So +4 rather than + 2 for a rocket launcher. And +170 rather than +70 for a 300 clip machine gun.
