I have maxed my Grimoire on XBOX! I am at 3620 Grimoire score along with over 600 other Guardians (currently according to Destiny Tracker)! I'm sure there will be thousands of Guardians that will reach this achievement soon. I'm here to help with grimoire questions and will give you the most accurate information I have found, or from personal experience. I'm just trying to keep you from enduring the frustration I went through! Ask away! What is the current Max Grimoire for PlayStation and Xbox? [spoiler] These totals are after the HoW expansion: Grimoire Max on Xbox for current content is 3620. Add 45 for PlayStation exclusive cards and PlayStation Max in this category is 3665. See below for the PlayStation Exclusive Grimoire cards and how much each one is worth. [/spoiler] What grimoire cards am I missing? [spoiler]Go to destinytracker.com, type in your gamer tag or PSN ID, and system at the top. Once it pulls up your information, click on grimoire checklist. It'll pull up all of your grimoire! Then, just click Missing Only to show the grimoire you're missing! Too easy![/spoiler] What is grimoire? [spoiler]These collectible cards give you new details about the storyline. The main purpose of the Grimoire is to give player a little bit of background lore relating to the destiny universe. The best part about them is you get more glimmer, class armor, and other things when you reach new levels in the grimoire cards. It's also another way to see how experienced a player is.[/spoiler] PlayStation Exclusive Grimoire Cards followed by how much Grimoire each card is worth: [spoiler]Exodus Blue Crucible Map (0 score) Psion Flayers (15) Siege Dancers (10) Dust Palace (0) Undying Mind (Strike) (0) Undying Mind (Vex Axis Mind) (15) Timekeeper Crucible Map (5) Monte Carlo (0) Hawkmoon (0) The 4th Horseman (0)[/spoiler] How can I find all 77 ghosts? [spoiler]Yes, there are 77 ghosts now you can acquire (nine more from House of Wolves). Go to destinyghosthunter.net to see which ghosts you're missing, and how to get them. NOTE: The ghosts from Terminus and Kings Watch are attainable with House of Wolves expansion release. : )[/spoiler] Need PVE Kills, glimmer, or armor materials? [spoiler]Kills with your characters don't count in the raid, or numerous other places. If you need kills for specific weapon types, glimmer, or armor materials I always Wake the Hive! [spoiler]I only recommend going to the spot in this video. I found this was the best way, as Hydras in some other areas don't count. Lots of Guardians don't use team chat, and communication is key to securing a win. If you only need crucible kills, go to Rumble. Matches are limited to 10 minutes a piece, and usually last eight minutes. I can, on average, get 15-20 kills per match. It's the fastest way to get 5000 kills; especially because everyone just runs around.[/spoiler] Need VIP Patrols? [spoiler]250 VIP Patrols is a lot, and I did it with a friend. We would be in a fireteam and drop into Cosmodrome. I would go left, he would go right. We'd pick up VIP bounties along the way, and use weapons we needed kills for. You don't have to be the one that kills the VIP. As lon as you're in the same fireteam you'll get credit for it regardless if you're in a totally different area. Once we got through the areas and there were no more VIP bounties, the fireteam leader would take us to orbit. Then we'd do it again, and again, and again. You're able to get 0-6 VIPs in each run. Don't do it by yourself, cause it'll be a severe grind.[/spoiler] Need Strikes? [spoiler]Nightfall, Weeklies, and playlists don't count towards your strike completions. The only strikes that count are the original strikes on the planets. If you go into a strike by yourself, it will only count as one. However, I completed them with one person in my fire team, and it counted as THREE every time! Find a buddy and get them done![/spoiler] Need Raid Completions? [spoiler]Completing Crota's End now adds to the Raid Introduction Grimoire card's Completed statistic. I'd suggest finding a raid group on www.destinylfg.net or www.destinyteamfinder.com with Atheon or Crota checkpoint. Help those new Guardians kill Atheon or Crota, and get your raid completions done at the same time![/spoiler] Need House of Wolves card? [spoiler]House of Wolves card will now unlock upon the start of Ishtar Collective story mission!
