I think this is good bye...its not you... its me...really

Today, I am thinking of leaving Destiny as a hardcore player…until atleast House of Wolves It’s not even something that I really want to do. I really love this game…but I’m bored. The new CE raid is not as challenging or as fun as VoG, I have a vast majority of the exotics and RNG is just god awful. The grind is seemingly pointless; HC players are not rewarded for their efforts. And if I am extremely honest, playing the same content that this game specifically offers over and over, kind of gets boring after a while. But I really do not want to leave; I am torn. Do I stay and play and be bored out of my mind with the same bounties day after day or do I quit and just do the needed Nightfalls, Weeklies, and Raids each week and spend the “grinding” time playing another title. I want to stay people! But need a reason to stay… You are this Guardians’ last hope…Give me a reason to stay. Edit: Looking to move on to "Diablo III:"Diablo III: Ultimate Evil"

 • I got Assassins Creed Unity with my Xbox One and completely forgot about it. I play Destiny on the PS4 and have just been playing that. About 2 weeks ago I got on boat you are in. Just got bored. Nothing new to level up, couldn't find a good group to run the raid, etc. So I remembered that I had AC:U and started playing it. It really helped to step away and play something else because this was the first week in a long time that I was excited for the reset. I still got the customary big bag of dicks from the Nightfall, but it was fun again. Destiny is incredibly addicting, especially for those of us still chasing Gjallarhorn and enough shards to have all 3 toons at 32. But Destiny isn't your wife, and playing another game isn't cheating. There are plenty of good games out right now and there is nothing wrong with changing things up to prevent the game we love from becoming so stale that we lose all enjoyment of it.
