No. A comet doesn't orbit anything they do not have fixed trajectories and once they pass close to a star and begin to exude gas they eventually break up as they are essentially super heated blocks of ice.

They get pulled by the suns gravity!? Its pretty damn huge, hence the catapult effect and ideas of deep space travel. Comets do not get a fixed orbit they are satelittes

Ok bud you believe that an orbit is some crazy thing and a planet is obviously just some random shit floating in space, I will go to work Monday and let all know we are wrong at the uni haha. As a final point I do however think something on Titan would be cool just due to sci fi connetations with Titan.
