-each melee hit increases your progress towards your grenade
-more special ammo n stuff

The vortex grenade, and vortex nova bomb's effect last twice as long, and each time an enemy is damaged inside the vortex, you and team mates around you get healed the amount of damaged done.

I would say give it the Vortex perk for Nova Bomb. That's already beyond overpowered. Can you imagine if you used Shatter to create 3 vortexes?
