I was literal just thinking about this. It does sound a bit op. It could blind but I don't think it should completely blind the player. I'm thinking it could give them the initial haze where it's hard to see everywhere but the center. It will still do the same as the flashbang where the user can't see their radar and they can't distinguish between friend and foe. Awesome idea and the perk really fits the name

I kinda agree, so i changed the perk around a little

This is the changed version??? It still seems quite OP. I'd just sit back and shoot some Sun Singers with it to give them even more of a grenade spam then usual.

That actually looks a lot better. I would use this as a great support weapon in pve as it would give stronger enemies a harder time killing you. It looks like it would be able to save your life in pvp and I would love flanking with this weapon.
